Niendorf<\/h3>\n

Niendorf is a district of Timmendorfer Strand and has been popular with locals and tourists as a seaside resort since 1855. Nevertheless, it is a bit more cozy here than in the lively Timmendorf. But you should not underestimate Niendorf: It has its own, very original charm and the Niendorf harbor with its colorful fishing huts is definitely worth a visit. Stroll along the beach promenade to the Brodtener Steilufer, enjoy a coffee or a delicious Fischbr\u00f6tchen (fish sandwich) in the sun or buy a souvenir for your loved ones at home.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Brodtener Steilufer<\/h3>\n

The Brodtener Steilufer is only a few kilometers away from your future workplace and can be reached on foot or by bike. On top of the 4 km long cliff between Niendorf and Travem\u00fcnde runs a cycling and hiking trail, which offers a spectacular view over the Baltic Sea. Halfway down the path, a caf\u00e9 awaits you, where you can take a break with coffee and cake while overlooking the sea.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Travem\u00fcnde<\/h3>\n

Miles of sandy beach. That’s Travem\u00fcnde. The district of the Hanseatic city of L\u00fcbeck feels like its own little town and there’s always a lot going on here, especially in the summer. The harbor is a great starting point for many excursions: How about taking the ferry over to Priwall or taking a boat tour to L\u00fcbeck? Ferries to Sweden and Denmark also depart from Travem\u00fcnde – perfect for a weekend trip to one of our neighboring countries!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
