A spectacle you should not miss! The tourist association “Fremdenverkehrsverein Niendorf/Ostsee e.V.” and the TSNT invite you to the big Easter fire on Easter Saturday. It will be lit at dusk on the Freistrand of Niendorf (open beach) by the volunteer fire department Niendorf. Food and drinks will also be provided.

The Jazz Baltica is THE place to go for all jazz fans! Here, international jazz stars come together with renowned musicians from the Baltic Sea region and up-and-coming talent. The 4-day festival takes place at Strandpark Timmendorfer Strand.

The 3-day festival at Niendorf harbor combines feasting, music and entertainment. Everyone is welcome and can experience the maritime joy of life free of charge.

Movie night on the beach? No problem! At the StrandKino on Niendorf’s Freistrand (open beach), both old classics and current films are shown on a large LED screen. And it’s all free of charge and open air. Just drop by and enjoy the movie right on the beach.

For early risers and all who want to become one, the SunriseFeeling will take place this year on August 27 at 6:00 am. At the Niendorfer Freistrand (open beach) you can greet the first sunbeams over the Baltic Sea together with others. With music and free admission, the event starts already at 5:30 am.

Every year the German Beach Volleyball Championships take place here at Timmendorfer Strand. On four consecutive days, the best players from all over Germany play for the title here in the season finale. Good music and food specials included!

Stars on the beach? Yes, you read that right. Every year different musicians come to Timmendorf and play concerts directly at the sea. This year, among others, Santiano and Revolverheld will be there.

With “Timmendorf strahlt” some light magic is brought into the dark season. From November 4 to mid-February, impressive and unique light shows are installed in the village, which can be admired in the dark. On November 4, you can also enjoy delicious waffles, mulled wine and children’s punch.

The maritime Christmas market at the quaint Niendorf harbor is one of the highlights of the pre-Christmas season! Christmas decorated stands with all kinds of handicrafts, fire baskets and stands with numerous delicacies create a really festive mood. Fischers Wiehnacht is accompanied by a musical program. With stick bread and handicraft stands, there will also be plenty on offer for children.

The best way to start the new year is a New Year’s Eve party on the beach. There is one in Timmendorf at Seebrückenvorplatz. The event is free and open air, everyone is welcome.
