For our three hotels in the popular resort of Timmendorfer Strand directly at the Baltic Sea, we are regularly looking for trainees who want to shape the future of the hospitality sector with us!

At the moment, no apprenticeship positions are available. It may be worth checking back at a later time for information on future opportunities. Apprenticeships start on February 1st or August 1st.
The hospitality sector is one of the most diverse and exciting professions there is! No day is like the other, so boredom is a foreign word here. Because of the close customer contact, you are part of a unique story every day. Be it a wedding, a weekend trip or a birthday party. Apprenticeship as Hotel Specialist
Hotel specialists can work in all areas of a hotel business. Accordingly, the training is broad and varied. Reception, service, housekeeping, reservations: In the course of your training with us, you will get to know all departments in our hotels and thus become a real all-round talent.
Are you interested in a variety of areas, do you enjoy interacting with guests, and do you like working in a motivated team? Then you already have the most important prerequisites. Apprenticeship as Cook
It’s quite clear: You can make people happy with good food! There is a reason why they say “The way to a man’s heart is through his stomach”.
Are you passionate about cooking and thinking about turning your hobby into a career? During your apprenticeship you will learn how to handle food and how different dishes are prepared and served. But that’s not all! The calculation and organization of menu sequences and menus are also part of your tasks! The apprenticeship requires both manual skills and kitchen knowledge.
